We're just 3 weeks away from Lights On Afterschool Richmond, a fun-filled day to celebrate the power of afterschool programs. This is a free event for youth of all ages and their families to connect with local afterschool programs. Food, drinks, games, dance and music performances, and activities are included at no cost.
