Our team is celebrating today (and not just because it's Friday). We got to kick off the morning by welcoming Delta students to our office for their Mini Morning of Caring and lead a public Adult Mental Health First Aid session. In the midst of the excitement, we discovered that we have already surpassed our 2024 impact number! Can you believe that? Over 5,100 wonderful people have joined us for Mental Health First Aid, QPR, Compassion Resilience, in-school groups, after-school clubs, wellness workshops, Mind Matters, and community events! (This doesn't even include our wellness tabling events at State High, BAHS, BEAHS, PVHS, Park Forest Middle School, and Mount Nittany Middle School.) We couldn't have reached this point without the support of numerous generous donors, volunteers, and our dedicated board members. Thank you all! A final, humongous shoutout to our incredible team members who pour their energy into making programs inclusive, fun, and meaningful for kids and adults alike.
