Birmingham Chapter Les Dames Descoffier International
The Birmingham Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International has been pleased to offer annual scholarships for education to female applicants pursuing coursework in culinary or pastry arts, farming, beverage management, hospitality, nutrition and dietetics, or agriculture. We also provide support to local high school ProStart teams as well as award grant money to outstanding female entrepreneurs in the Birmingham area.
