Engaging young adults in transformative mission to inspire a lifetime of caring. Year-Long residential, ecumenical service program for young adults, typically age 21-29, who come to live together in Buncombe County/Asheville, NC, each serving different local area nonprofits for 9 months in direct service roles and spending one day per week together for community education days to support their personal, professional, and spiritual growth. As an integral part of our program, our community partner nonprofits have the opportunity to build affordable sustainability of their programs or organizations, while mentoring our volunteers and offering real world experience, as they work to help solve community and social justice issues in our city through their service.
