Tekau Heart Memorial Foundation
In honoring the legacy of Tekau Rasayon an active senior at Surrattsville High School, we will hold a 5K R/W on May 3oth in remembrance of her Spirit! Our misison is to raise awareness about heart health and heart conditions; especially a little known heart condition, an Anomalous Coronary Artery (ACA) in teens and young adults. And, to provide a memorial scholarship in Tekau's name to a graduating senior that is going to college. The Tekau's Heart Memorial Foundation, Inc. is a charitable 501(c)3 organization founded in memory of our daughter and sister, Tekau Rasayon, who passed away suddenly in 2012 of an ACA. She was 17 years old.
