We are located 13 miles south of the Maryland state capital of Annapolis approximately 35 miles east of Washington DC and 38 miles south of Baltimore MD. Though we are within commuting distance of several major cities Beverly Beach is a modest bucolic suburban community. Our 400 or so homes are nestled between the West and Rhode Rivers the Chesapeake Bay and the BeverlyTriton Beach nature preserve.
