The mission of DMAX Foundation is to create connections and conversations that matter to strengthen mental health and emotional well-being for young people. We are creating DMAX Clubs on college campuses to provide trusting and caring environments for students to have honest everyday conversations about mental health so they can understand and help each other.

Join the Conversation Dans Story DMAX Foundation was started after Founders Lee and Laurie Maxwell lost their son Dan to suicide in 2013. During his struggles with mental health Dan felt unable to have conversations about how he was doing with friends. DMAX Foundation strives to ensure that young adults are able to find trusting spaces to share how they are really doing.
