Customer Service - Create devoted constituents and enhance the satisfaction for all who come into the venue by:Providing a welcoming and accessible environment — from programs and parking to transactions and events.Going the second mile to make the customer comfortable.Exercising thorough and prompt follow-through and problem solving.Serving each customer with dignity. Education - Nurture love of the arts for present and future generations by: Promoting and developing creativity through programs, activities and live performances.Facilitating a cultural environment.Bridging gaps between the arts and the needs of individuals, families, organizations and communities.

Experience Ozark Mountain Daredevils during their final tour at the Kauffman Center Friday, May 30. The band draws inspirations from various genres, giving them the reputation of a “ragtag collection of hippies, bohemians and musicians of no fixed ambition. ” Formed in 1972, the band is embarking on a celebration of their 53 years in the music industry.
