Neighbor Outreach of Colorado conducts a Mobile Food Pantry 3-5pm every 3rd Thursday at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Thornton, CO. We believe it is our duty to care for neighbors in need who reside in Southwest Adams County Colorado. Home - Neighbor Outreach Neighbor Outreach HOME The poverty rate in Southwestern Adams County is almost 13 with some areas as high as 29. Some 47000 of our neighbors are in need of help with food clothing and everyday necessities. Its estimated that more than 20000 children in this area are living below poverty level. We need volunteers and donations food and money to address these important needs.
