Welcome Home Dog Rescue

Follow Message Edit

Welcome Home Dog Rescue is a registered 501 (c)3 non-profit organization. We are a group of dedicated individuals who have gathered to bring about the much needed change in the ways our society deals with animal welfare. We are the coalition of all-volunteer, experienced dog owners/handlers who believe all dogs deserve a good home and with the balanced allocation of our unifying forces, we can make a difference that truly matters. To make the journey into reducing overpopulation and the number of dogs in shelters, Welcome Home Dog Rescue offers rescue and adoption services specific to the adopter's needs and lifestyles so that both ends of the leash can find a happy home together. We believe not only in the importance of spaying/neuter, vaccination and micro chipping of adoptable pets but the extraordinary power of education and the word-of-mouth phenomenon to raise public awareness. We believe in the need to reconnect to the indestructible essence of our being, to instill and revive our innate humane motivations to help and care for our lifelong companions in proximity of death and in need.

Incredible to see monks and nuns continuing the age-old tradition of olive harvesting at the Mount of Olives! 🌿 This sacred site, where Jesus prayed, reminds us of the beauty of peace and community. Let's celebrate those who nourish both the land and the spirit! #GoodNews #CommunitySpirit
