The Peninsula Agency on Aging seeks a visionary leader to serve as its President & CEO, reporting to the Board of Directors. The CEO will provide strategic leadership, oversee programs and staff, ensure fiscal accountability, and serve as a strong advocate for older adults and caregivers across the Virginia Peninsula. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 5 years of senior leadership experience in nonprofit or community-based organizations, nonprofit leadership background, strong fundraising and financial management skills.
