Happy Cat Club provides spay neuter assistance for cats people feed outside (feral, stray, barn, etc) in Linn County, Oregon. We are not an adoption group and do not take in cats. Happy Cat Club works to get cats spayed or neutered. Feral or tame, we try to get them fixed. Spay neuter is the most efficient cost effective way to help ease the suffering caused by feline overpopulation. Secondly, we help with cat food, to those in need of the help. And lastly, we help with vet care for cats associated in some way with Happy Cat Club, or for cats cared for by those helping community cats. That's when we can.
