Supporting flexible workplaces since 2006. The purpose or Mission of the Flexible Workplace Initiative is to help communities by providingeducational services and programs that promote work life balance. The programs will includeworkforce development, economic development and housing initiatives. We are servant leaders on a mission to help equip individuals in the community with the effective tools to manage self and others. The communities we serve include surrounding areas near Houston, the US and global developing countries.
