BankIowa recently sponsored and participated in United Way of East Central Iowa’s Day of Caring. Our group volunteered at Central Furniture Rescue, a nonprofit organization delivering essential furniture and household items to families and individuals transitioning out of homelessness – turning a place to live into a home. BankIowa employees across the Corridor donated both new and used home good supplies for the event. (fb)

Some of our BankIowa leaders participated in the 2025 Leadercast Conference sponsored locally by the Grow Cedar Valley organization. The conference theme was Legacy of Impact. This year's event brought together global thought leaders to challenge, inspire, and equip attendees with practical tools for creating lasting impact to their company by challenging them with a focus on, “What legacy will your leaders leave behind?” Our bankers left the training with a strengthened resolve to provide effective leadership that builds a positive bank culture for employees and customers.
