Our Mission Supporting Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Patients and Their Families at UNC Hospitals In partnership with UNCs Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center the Foundation established UNCs AYA Program in 2015 as one of the first in the country with this focus. Niklaus and Lucy Steiner founders of the Be Loud. Sophie Foundation and Lauren Lux founding director of the UNC AYA program. We are heartbroken by the death of Eric Montross.
