IEC Minnesota Home The International Education Center IEC is an Adult Basic Education program located in downtown Minneapolis. We serve a diverse population with a student body representing over 70 countries and 35 languages. Weve been helping immigrants and refugees in the Twin Cities achieve their goals and fulfill their dreams since 1991. We offer several classes including See the Classes tab for a list of all of the classes offered at the IEC and a class schedule.
