News AAMVA Discusses REAL ID on x27Explain It To Mex27 AAMVAs New Electronic Vehicle Titling Toolkit and Resources Providing jurisdictions with the right tools to get the job done Electronic Titling and Vehicle Records Management is AAMVAs initiative to transform the motor vehicle industry from paper titles to electronic data management including electronic proof of vehicle ownership and fully paperless transfer of ownership. Jurisdictions will need to implement an incremental strategy to retire paper titles. This transformation will take time and there are many aspects to electronic titling which must be addressed by jurisdictions manufacturers dealers lenders and other stakeholders.
