Wholesome Wave Fights Food Insecurity | Atlanta, Georgia WHOLESOME WAVE GEORGIABELIEVES THAT ALL GEORGIANSSHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO FRESH HEALTHY AND LOCALLY GROWN FOOD. WHOLESOME WAVE GEORGIA HAS HELPED END HUNGER WITH HEALTHY EATING SINCE 2009. WHOLESOME WAVE GEORGIA INCORPORATED
Yesterday, Wholesome Wave Georgia’s USDA GusNIP award was suspended, likely due to the federal government shutdown. Without access to those funds, we must temporarily suspend our Fresh for Less program. We will reactivate Fresh for Less once we either regain access to federal funding or raise enough to continue the program at scale.

Chef Maximilian Hines is all about working together, whether at his restaurant Breaker Breaker or out in the world through Stolen Goods, a culinary collaborative that seeks to amplify black chefs through pop ups all over Atlanta. The food at Breaker Breaker can be described as high quality ingredients with fun fish shack vibes, and we are here for it. We are looking forward to tasting Chef Maximilian's food on Sunday.
