Our Vision As a charitable organization EACC will strive to enhance the quality of life of those living in the greater Empire area thru the promotion of community activities and involvement. Our Mission We pledge to enrich as many lives as possible through onetime events and ongoing activities. Meetings EACC meetings open to anyone are held regularly the 2nd Thursday of each month from 500 pm to 700 pm at the Glen Lake Community Library located in the Village of Empire. Any persons interested in participating are welcome to become members.
