NCMTA NCMTA NCMTA Welcome Mission and Vision North Carolina Music Teachers Association Welcome. We are NCMTA the North Carolina Music Teachers Association affiliate of the Music Teachers National Association. We are a nonprofit organization founded in 1959. Today we consist of approximately 500 music teachers throughout the state.
