Inspiring people to create opportunities for future generations to thrive. SAGE is a nonprofit organization formed to advance generational equity – the principle that each generation should improve the quality of life for the next. This is a powerful vision that we share with millions of people who want to leave their corner of the world better than they found it. Our mission is to inspire people over 50 to give forward with their time, money and voice so that younger and future generations can thrive. We motivate action and volunteerism through workshops, discussion groups and leadership development, so that older adults engage in and support causes that are vital to the next generation. SAGE reminds each of us that age should never limit our potential, and that we all can make a difference for future generations. Learn more at www.wearesage.org.

SENIOR ADVOCATES FOR GENERATIONAL EQUITY INC

Oregon is home to five generations living side by side—from Gen Alpha to the Silent Generation. As our population ages, it’s more important than ever to build intergenerational communities that foster connection, equity, and opportunity for everyone. We’re proud to join @AARPOregon and other age-friendly champions at the 2025 Age-Friendly Oregon Summit on September 18 at Portland State University to explore how we can design neighborhoods, services, and policies that work for all ages and abilities.
