“Without Vowels project" is a noncommercial organization dedicated to studying Hebrew Bible as it was written, without vowels.The organization manages the Web site withoutvowels.org.Without Vowels project embraces both scientific study of biblical texts and theological study with religious interpretation (by all relevant religions and confessions, including Christians, Jews, Mormons, and others). The site thus welcomes both believers and secular Bible researchers. The project aims to enhance both scientific understanding of Hebrew Bible and spirituality of believers using our site both to read and to write commentaries about Hebrew Bible.Our purpose is to increase social awareness on knowing Hebrew Bible and to collect if possible all (both old and new) commentaries about Hebrew Bible in one Web site.The site withoutvowels.org provides a wiki which is used for the followings activities:- Create the vocabulary of all words in Hebrew Bible, not only primary word forms but also all declined forms of words in Hebrew Bible. This lexicon is unique, as no other project provides us a lexicon with all declined forms for Bible study.- Create user-edited translations and interpretations of Bible.The rules of the organization and of the site strictly require that the site and the organization do not represent one particular religion or confession. The rules require to mark opinions of specific people or organizations on which there are no agreement as being their private opinion.At our site there is an easy to learn tutorial of ancient Hebrew without vowels, in order to enhance and foster theological education of common people, independently of university degrees. This differs from traditional ancient Hebrew courses in colleges, as being much simpler and easier to understand and learn.
