Save America's Forests Fund
Save America's Forests goal is to promote ecologically sound, science based forest protection and restoration of our national forests, to create new national parks in unprotected ecoregions of the U.S., and to protect the Giant Sequoia National Monument. Internationally our goal is to protect the most biodiverse forest in the world located primarily in the Ecuadorian and Peruvian region of the western Amazon using science and by empowering the indigenous peoples who live there. We work to protect the last uncontacted peoples in this region, to establish new networks of parks, and to prevent environmental destruction from oil development, logging, and new roads.
