MENINO ON APRIL 17, 2013, WITH THE PURPOSE OF HELPING THOSE MOST AFFECTED BY THE TRAGIC BOSTON MARATHON BOMBINGS. ONE FUND'S ACTIVITIES IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS CHARITABLE PURPOSE WILL BE LESSENING THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT BY: (I) PROVIDING A SINGLE VEHICLE TO RECEIVE OVERWHELMING NUMBERS OF CONTRIBUTIONS WHICH IMMEDIATELY BEGAN POURING IN FROM THE PUBLIC IN THE WAKE OF THE MARATHON TRAGEDY AND THEREBY
