Gracious Hands is a transitional living environment for Women and their Children. OUR MISSION IS TO WORK WITH HOMELESS-DISPLACE MOTHERS IN MECKLENBURG CO., CHARLOTTE, NC AND SURROUNDING AREAS. TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY SKILLS, TOOLS, RESOURCES AND SOLUTIONS TO MOLVE FAMILIES FROM HOMELESS TO HOUSING AND SELF SUFFICIENCY. TO POSITIVELY IMPACT EACH FAMILY.

Our History As a single mom founder and current director Sonja Chisolm always imagined if she won the lottery she would have a home for single women and their children. One day God spoke to Sonja and told her when I gave you that vision that was the lottery.
