Friends of Pelzer Friends of Pelzer Home WE DID IT. We passed the final inspection with Anderson Building Codes and now have a Certificate of Occupancy for 100 Courtney Street. Now we will put the building up for rent bringing another business and hopefully a few new jobs to Pelzer. Thank you to all who have contributed either time materials or funding.
