Federal Managers Association
FMA is the largest federal employee organization representing the interests of federal managers, supervisors and executives in the federal government. THE PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO ADVOCATE EXCELLENCE IN PUBLIC SERVICE, IDENTIFY KEY GOVERNMENTAL POLICY CONCERNS AND TRENDS AND PROVIDE A VOICE OF ADVOCACY FOR OUR MEMBERS AND TO POSITION THE FEDERAL MANAGERS TO MEET THE FUTURE.
