Assisting former offenders to return to their communities THOR aimes to serve Ohio men and women who are rejoining the Columbus community following a felony incarceration by assisting with their long-term and permanent residential needs. A great many people still believe that individuals who have committed felonies are unredeemable and deserve nothing more than exclusion and isolation. THOR works to undo this rejection.
