Meet Latitia Simpson! Latitia serves as our Nursing Shift Supervisor at Cumberland Heights, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have her on our team. Her path to CH was unexpected—a chance conversation with a classmate and a coworker’s passion for recovery led her to apply, and it turned out to be the perfect fit! For Latitia, the most rewarding part of her work is seeing patients find hope and then pay it forward by supporting others. She also loves the supportive environment at CH, where staff members truly care for one another. Outside of work, Latitia enjoys traveling, event planning, true crime podcasts, audiobooks, karaoke, and spending time with family.
