The primary objective of HQS is to develop and educate lifelong learners so that they will have increased knowledge of the importance of positive health behaviors while reducing the prevalence of injury premature disease and disability. It is our firm belief that primary disease prevention is far better than secondary tertiary prevention or a cure. Testimonials The stipend I received from HQS in 2015 allowed me to enroll my two sons in LaCrosse at the South DeKalb YMCA in Decatur GA.
