Restored Hope Ministries is Hiring! We are currently seeking two highly organized and mission-minded individuals to fill Executive Assistant positions: 1. Executive Assistant – Corporate Office 2. Executive Assistant – Program Facility (Executive Staff Support) About Us: Restored Hope Ministries is a Christ-centered organization serving women recovering from the trauma of sex trafficking. We are passionate about restoring dignity, hope, and purpose to every life we touch. Position Overview: Both Executive Assistants will provide critical administrative and organizational support to help advance our mission. Each role will focus on supporting our leadership team in different settings—one at our corporate office and one directly assisting executive staff at our program facility. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): · Calendar management, meeting scheduling, and email correspondence · Event coordination and logistical planning for ministry-related events · Content creation for social media, newsletters, and other communication platforms · Donor communications and database maintenance · Document preparation, filing, and maintaining organized records · General administrative tasks such as answering phones and responding to inquiries · Coordination and collaboration with various teams across the ministry · Assist with special projects as assigned Preferred Qualifications: · Strong administrative and organizational skills · Excellent written and verbal communication · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms · Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently · Heart for ministry and working with a trauma-informed, grace-centered approach · Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information Schedule: Monday – Friday Location: · Corporate Office: 4301 Bryan Street, Ste 204, Dallas, TX 75204 · Program Facility: (Address provided upon application) To Apply: Please email your resume and a cover letter indicating the position you are applying for to Jamie@rhmdallas.org.
