The Columbia Community Band is one of the Midwest's premier symphonic concert bands. Founded in 1981. The Columbia Community Band, Columbia, Missouri, is a non-professional musical ensemble comprised of adult musicians from Mid-Missouri. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for lifelong musical expression and enjoyment, promoting artistic enrichment in our community, and preserving the rich repertoire and cultural history of the wind band and contribute positively to the music environment of the area we serve.
