Catskill Animal Rescue, Inc. is a 501C3 Non-Profit that helps unwanted and unclaimed animals. We accept surrenders and find them new homes. � Catskill Animal Rescue, Inc. was established to address the critical lack of resources and services available in Sullivan County, New York for unwanted, neglected and abused animals. Our goals include shelter, adoption, low cost spay/neuter, assistance to the elderly, public education and community services pertaining to the County’s animals. Our ultimate goal is to combine resources with the municipalities of Sullivan, local Law Enforcement agencies and County Government (mandated under NYS law to maintain specific services) to provide a self- sustaining and all -inclusive Animal Care and Control resource for our community.

It is in its infancy stages, but will be your resource for updates and reports on New York residents fight to restore Felony Animal Cruelty to a bailable offense. We have Senators and Assemblymen who have put bills on the floor, including Sullivan Countys own, Assemblyman Paula Kay.
