East Rock Creek Village (ERCV) is a neighborhood-based, volunteer-managed nonprofit organization that supports and enriches the longterm quality of life of residents in DC's Upper Ward 4. ERCV provides supportive services, wellness and educational activities to promote social interaction and build community among members. We are dedicated to helping seniors live full lives in their own homes with the help of their neighbors.
