Engage Our MissionEducate Engage and Empower Backfield in Motion is a nonprofit organization that focuses on education through mastery of literacy and numeracy skills for atrisk youth that leads to a high school diploma a foundation for higher education and the onjob skills needed to enter the world of work while using athletics as an incentive for academic improvement. Our Core Values We believe that every student deserves an opportunity to be successful regardless of their current environment to be welleducated prepared for the challenges of the real world and treated with the love and respect they deserve. We believe our students should be celebrated for their potential and the contribution to the quality of life they bring to everyone they meet. All students even those in atrisk neighborhoods and nontraditional home situations deserve the chance to be welleducated and empowered to meet the increased changes for success in an ever changing world.
