SWTP is a 501c(3) Thoroughbred Aftercare Program, transitioning ex-racehorses to second careers. Our Mission is to provide rehabilitation, retraining, rehoming or permanent retirement for unwanted off-track Thoroughbred horses facing uncertain futures, and to promote these horses as pleasure or competition horses for adoption.
