The mission of the Veterans Relief fund is to provide facilities for veterans' support groups to meet and address post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), suicide, alcohol abuse and other issues pertinent to veterans' well-being. Veterans in crisis will be counseled and referred to appropriate medical, mental health, food and shelter resources in the community. Veterans may also be provided food and toiletries directly by the Veterans Relief Fund. Many veterans, especially those with PTSD, have trouble with socialization and the Veterans Relief Fund facilities give them a safe and welcoming environment to meet and socialize with other veterans. We will also educate the community of the plight and the needs of our veterans.
