As set forth in the Certificate of Incorporation, the Corporation is organized and operated exclusively for social welfare purposes in accordance with Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or a corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue law, referred to below as the “Code”), and Section 102(a)(5) of the Act. More specifically, the Corporation is dedicated to the non-violent advancement of the recognition and protection of the God-given, inalienable right to life of all innocent human beings as legal persons at every stage of their biological development, from the earliest biological beginning until natural death, through Christ-centered and Biblically-informed development and promotion of educational materials and programs reflecting such rights
