The Charless Foundation is a non-profit corporation organized and operated for charitable purposes to provide support to other charitable organizations giving services and assistance promoting the health, welfare, and wellness of Missouri Senior Citizens with an emphasis, where possible, in the South St. Louis City neighborhoods.
