Richmond Battlefields Association
The Richmond Battlefields Association (RBA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is a grassroots, all-volunteer organization dedicated to preserving historic Civil War sites around Richmond, Virginia. Working with landowners, the RBA protects these hallowed grounds through land donations, purchases, and preservation easements. Member support has enabled the RBA to preserve over 100 acres at 10 battlefield sites. However, much more remains to be done, and these historic lands are being lost daily. Time is running out.
