Born Again Pit Bull Rescue (BAPBR) saves lives by keeping dogs out of local shelters through spay/neuter assistance, community support programs and education. The MexiMutt Project --- Where animal suffering has no borders and neither does our compassion to help. Please read more about our organization here: https://www.bapbr.org/meximutt We are the longest standing registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the Portland Metro area dedicated to improving the lives of pit bulls and their communities. As an all-volunteer run organization, we advocate for pit-bull-type dogs through community awareness and education and strive to combat misinformation, over-population, shelter crowding, low adoption and high euthanasia rates for these family dogs.

🖤 Meet Blackjack 🖤 This sweet soul has been with us for 4 months… and he’s struggling in foster care. Living with 12 other dogs has been overwhelming for him — he spends most of his days hiding in his doghouse just to find a little peace. Blackjack is not a pack dog.
