Council 32 is the statewide council of thousands of unionized state, county, municipal and private employees across WI-the birthplace of AFSCME. 88 years strong AFSCME WISCONSIN COUNCIL 32 IS A MEMBER-DRIVEN, DEMOCRATIC AND CULTURALLY DIVERSE UNION THAT IS DEDICATED TO IMPROVING THE WAGES, HOURS, WORKING CONDITIONS AND LIVES OF OUR MEMBERS.
