Affinia Healthcare has served STL since 1906. We provide primary and preventive health-care services to more than 43,000 patients, many of which are in need. Affinia Healthcare provides affordable primary, dental and behavioral care in the St. Louis area. Our Mission is to provide high-quality health care and exceptional service, while promoting healthy lifestyles. Approximately 94% of Affinia Healthcare's 43,000 patients have incomes under 100% of the federal poverty level. We provide comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health and other health care services at 12 locations in St. Louis, MO. Five of our locations offer multiple services to make it easier for our patients to access the care they need. One location is dedicated to dental care, including dental surgeries and dental urgent care. Another is a co-location with a behavioral health partner for patients with severe mental health needs; three are school-based health centers and two mobile medical and dental for over 5,000 children in areas were health care disparities exist.
