To develop and implement a program that provides the service of deliberate acts of kindness by helping people throughout the community. Such acts of kindness will include, but are not limited to the payment of various bills, such as utilities, rents, or for purchasing needed items such as food, eyeglasses, or performing good deeds for such persons. To provide special outreach to people in need and to generate an outpouring of kindness in the communities the organization serves.
