The Southern AIDS Coalition is a membership organization comprised of PLHIV and their allies working together to end the HIV epidemic in the South. SAC is a non-partisan coalition of government, community, and business leaders working alongside thou The Southern AIDS Coalition works to end the HIV and STI epidemics in the South. Since 2001, we have advocated for accessible and high-quality systems of prevention, treatment, care, housing, and essential support services across sixteen southern states and the District of Columbia.
