The corporation is organized and will be operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of 501(c)(3) of the Internal  Revenue Code.  Specifically, the corporation is organized to promote, support and enhance programs at ThreeFires Elementary School and schools. within the Howell Public School District.
