I would like to Join the Leatherstocking Council The Leatherstocking Council provides character development and leadership skills training to 1700 Scouts in Delaware Herkimer Madison Oneida Otsego and Schoharie counties as well as parts of Hamilton and Lewis counties. We also maintain and staff Camp Kingsley near Rome NY for Cub Scouts Summer Camp and adventure weekends throughout the year for Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA. Scouts of all ages 518 learn valuable life skills selfreliance leadership and build character. More importantly Scouts have fun while learning and make lifelong friends in the process.
