Our mission is to gather, network, and socialize in a friendly and supportive atmosphere, educate the bird community in the Hawaiian Islands, rescue birds in need, support the bird owning community in the islands, and advocate to maintain our rights to own/ keep/breed birds in the islands. We promote the highest standard of care for our feathered companions so they may enjoy happy, healthy, and long lives. To facilitate our mission, HFFN holds monthly meetings and runs several outreach groups on FaceBook in addition to the organization’s FaceBook page: Hawaii Parrot Forum and Hawaii Parrot & Bird Lost and Found List.
