Welcome About AAMS Our Mission Statement The Academy for the Art of Metal Shaping is a 501c3 nonprofit educational facility that teaches metal shaping and coachbuilding skill sets through a variety of long and shortform classes. It is our mission to providetraining of an Old World art form through multiple skill sets in Coachbuilding and metal shaping which will encompass contemporary technologies. We proudly offer classes to Americans and students worldwide that get them back to working with their hands and are helping to establish a workforce that our great nation can utilize in future endeavors of automotive prototyping metal shaping and technological advancement.
