The IDEA School provides a childcentered education that nurtures competence creativity collaboration and compassion through work that is meaningful to students and promotes lifelong learning. IDEA School students are encouraged every day to practice curiosity creativity responsibility selfadvocacy and social justice so that they graduate with resiliency independence and a passion for learning. Our multidiscipline expert educators lead students through daily explorations in topics related to social studies science math language arts Spanish and music while also encouraging and supporting independent learning and projects. We are an independent nonprofit K5 school located at the Historic Dunbar Pavilion.
